Claude Wild, former Regional Director of the United States Federal Trade Commission, offers clients years of experience in advising food, dietary supplement, advertising, and healthcare entities in state and federal regulatory matters, government investigations,
and litigation. Claude provides strategic business counseling involving e-commerce and Internet promotion. He also acts as outside general counsel to clients, advising their CEOs and Boards
of Directors.
Claude regularly counsels clients facing regulatory investigations, including FTC and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice as well as state attorneys general, in connection with consumer protection and antitrust matters.
