Claude Wild, former Regional Director of the United States Federal Trade Commission, offers clients years of experience in advising food, dietary supplement, advertising, and healthcare entities in state and federal regulatory matters, government investigations,

and litigation. Claude provides strategic business counseling involving e-commerce and Internet promotion. He also acts as outside general counsel to clients, advising their CEOs and Boards

of Directors.

Claude regularly counsels clients facing regulatory investigations, including FTC and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice as well as state attorneys general, in connection with consumer protection and antitrust matters. He reviews advertising campaigns for compliance with regulatory requirements and represents clients in proceedings before the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus.

Obtained a defense verdict following a trial by a state attorney general alleging violations of the state Consumer Protection Act

Defended a credit repair company against claims brought by a

state attorney general over alleged violations of the Credit Repair Organizations Act

Negotiated settlements with FTC over allegations of illegal boycotts by groups of physicians in the Denver metropolitan area

Defended an orthopedic surgeon practice group in an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division
